You could take up an individual sport as well, like tennis or squash. These are better ways of getting fit because if you enjoy spending time with people and competing with others, you may not realise that you are getting fit at the same time. Besides, the idea behind working out is not that you only do it until you reach whatever target you set for yourself. To stay strong and active, you need to do exercise throughout your life.
