I love all things lemony – from lemonade to lemon cheesecake and, of course, lemon curd. It’s one of those things that is good straight out of the jar (is that strange? I hope not.) or on top of your favourite baked goods. One of my favourite lemon curds is Mrs Darlington’s Lemon Curd from Springvale foods, fine food distributors. Yes, I could make my own lemon curd. However, when time is of the essence, Mrs Darlington’s Lemon Curd is always delicious, never fails to satisfy my lemon cravings and I may or may not keep a spare jar or two in my cupboard at all times.
