What I like to do every year to help me be more organized is take the time to look at everything in my personal, family and work life and create a visual highlighting my priorities. I don’t purchase a day planner but rather share how I design my own. I found that I have never been able to find a day planner design that worked for me and really help keep me organized. I love being organized but I have to work hard at it. I also know that being more organized is easier for some and not so easy for others. I also know that certain aspects of being organized are more doable and other aspects are more challenging. It is different for everybody. The important thing is to pick and choose what works for you. I find that if I work at being organized in one area it does help in other area. I have also learned that taking the time to be more organized when life gets too overwhelming, a task becomes too big or time too little really helps in the short and long term. Hopefully, these 10 ways to be more organized make it a lot easier!
