My Garden Is Featured On The Blogger Garden Tour ~
I can’t believe how quickly summer is quickly moving along or as the bees would say ‘buzzing’ along. There are so many in my garden right now and they are huge. As my husband’s great grandmother used to say… “They are so big you can put a saddle on them and go for a ride!”.
Kidding aside I want to let you know that my garden has been featured on the blog LeaLou. When Stephanie the owner/creator behind this blog asked me if she could interview me and share some photographs of my garden I was thrilled.
Just to let you know that she is featuring a different garden every Friday during the month of August. Stephanie is also a Canadian blogger who writes about her family, cooking, sewing and other little adventures. It really is a lovely blog to visit filled with ideas and inspiration. I would love for you to stop by and say hello!
When Stephanie interviewed me she had some really great questions that had me thinking. It was fun to reflect on what I love about my garden, what I have learned about gardening and what my future plans are for this special oasis. I used to call myself a ‘wanna-be’ gardener but after years of trial and error, figuring out what worked and didn’t work and loads of reading and researching I feel confident calling myself a ‘real’ gardener now. That doesn’t mean I know everything as I am still making new discoveries. I also share a lot of my gardening ideas, information and inspirations with my readers in this blog.
Here is a sneak peek of one of the photographs in Stephanie’s interview showing what my garden looked like at the end of July.
